Office Building Remodel Services

The Coos Bay-based government authority in Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive office building remodel services. The agency needs to reconfigure its current office space to improve functionality and ensure accessibility compliance. This project addresses the need for structural modifications, updated electrical infrastructure, and modernized public-facing features within the facility. The scope of work covers the demolition of existing demountable and wood-framed walls, followed by the relocation of selected demountable walls and the construction of new wood-framed walls. The selected contractor must construct a new ADA restroom, add new electrical and data ports, relocate ceiling-mounted lighting, and install a new transaction window. Additionally, the project requires the coordination and installation of a Lenel security system, the provision of one female ADA and one male ADA compliant portable restroom, and other related miscellaneous items. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the Coos Bay facility. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 8, 2026, to remain eligible for the contract award.
