Campus Wide access Controls Upgrade Services

The Galveston Wharves, a government authority located in Galveston, Texas, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide campus-wide access controls upgrade services. The agency requires the selected contractor to execute the work in a highly workmanlike manner using skilled, efficient mechanics who adhere strictly to contract documents and industry standards. Through this project, the agency is trying to modernize its infrastructure by replacing various electrical and mechanical systems. The scope of work covers the replacement of electrical and mechanical systems, including pipe, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The contractor must also replace electrical wiring, fire protection systems, and welding equipment and devices across the campus. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Galveston facility. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
