Housing-Focused Development Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide housing-focused development services on an as-needed basis. The agency requires these services to support its ongoing housing development initiatives and address local housing needs. All performance of the contracted work must take place onsite at the agency's locations in Tulsa. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these as-needed services.
