Debt Collection Services

A county government authority in Arizona is seeking a contractor to provide debt collection services for both general county department accounts and court accounts. The contractor must possess the capability to collect on several accounts under a single debtor while providing separate reporting and collection tracking for each individual account. Additionally, the agency requires the contractor to provide wage garnishment and other legal services to help enforce these collection efforts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial terms. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on July 2, 2026.
