Portable Toilets for Athletic Events Services

The Coastal Carolina government authority in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide portable toilets and a restroom trailer for athletic events. The agency needs to solve the sanitation requirements for these events by securing reliable, leak-proof, and fully stocked facilities. The scope of work requires the delivery, installation, and maintenance of individual portable toilet units and a climate-controlled eight-stall restroom trailer. The individual portable toilet units must measure approximately four feet wide by four feet deep by seven and a half feet high, featuring a fifty-five gallon holding tank with five gallons of waste-breaking liquid chemical. These units must be enclosed with an interior-locking door and remain fully stocked with toilet paper and seat covers throughout the contract term. The eight-stall restroom trailer must feature a climate-controlled environment with separate, clearly marked entrances for men and women. The trailer layout must provide four private stalls on the women's side, and two private stalls plus two urinals on the men's side, all equipped with interior privacy partitions and full-height doors. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the equipment will be deployed at the agency's athletic events, the administrative and organizational performance of the work must occur offsite at the vendor's office premises.
