Architecture Services

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, California, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architecture services. The agency requires condition assessments, including estimates of remaining service life and code compliance reviews, to investigate, analyze, and recommend repairs or replacements for existing building envelope components such as roofs, windows, doors, gutters, and building envelopes. The selected vendor will also perform architectural design and related services for new building construction, interior or exterior building renovations, and building demolition. The scope of work covers the preparation of estimates, schedules, plans, and specifications for campus projects and other requested tasks. The agency requires support services in other disciplines to accomplish primarily architectural task orders, including interior design and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The vendor must prepare programming, feasibility studies, design criteria, and bridging documents for Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build procurements, as well as preliminary color, material, and fenestration boards of all applicable exteriors. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all work must take place onsite in San Bernardino, California. Only onshore vendors located within the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 6, 2026.
