Commissioning Services

The Town of Wethersfield, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive commissioning services during the design, construction, approval, acceptance, and post-occupancy phases of a municipal project. The town requires documented assurance that the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, building envelope, technology, and other systems are installed in compliance with contract documents and specified performance guidelines. The selected provider must ensure all work complies with state standard guidelines for high-performance buildings and all requirements of the state office of grants administration. The scope of work requires the development of a design-phase commissioning plan that includes a management strategy and a detailed list of features and systems to be commissioned. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the government authority's location in Wethersfield. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The town is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
