Prisoner Extradition Services

The government authority located in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide prisoner extradition services for violators who are being extradited back to the county for incarceration and adjudication. The agency requires the transportation of an estimated 350 prisoners while maintaining the same high standards of efficiency and security currently employed by county sheriff's officers. To solve this logistical challenge, the agency needs a ground transportation system that operates twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, and three hundred sixty-five days per year. The scope of work requires the capability to provide both air and ground extraditions, including air transportation when necessary. The selected vendor must also provide a twenty-four hour, seven days per week communication system for constant access. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work will take place onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 13, 2026.
