Janitorial Services

The City of Semmes, Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for its government authority facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean and orderly environment by addressing daily waste management and floor care. The selected vendor will resolve the agency's need for routine facility upkeep and sanitation. The scope of work covers emptying wastebaskets and paper shredders, transporting trash to designated areas, and vacuuming common areas including floor mats. The vendor must also dust mop or sweep floors and dust window ledges. All performance of the work will take place onsite at the government authority facility in Semmes. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will take place on July 13, 2026.
