After-Hours Janitorial Services

The California government authority is seeking a contractor to provide after-hours janitorial services for approximately 7,855 square feet of space. The agency needs to maintain a clean, disinfected, and well-maintained facility after the close of business hours from Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. This service solves the agency's need for daily cleanliness and specialized floor and surface maintenance without disrupting daytime operations. The scope of work covers cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as handrails, door edges, doorknobs, desks, tables, chairs, file cabinets, kiosks, fingerprint readers, computers, keyboards, monitors, and touch screens. Bidders must clean plexiglass using clean microfiber cloths and neutral cleaners, and they must move office furniture and equipment to access surfaces beneath prior to performing floor maintenance. Additional tasks include emptying and disinfecting wastewater holding tanks in the janitor closet sink and pouring a bacteria-killing enzyme deodorizer down drains. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contractor must perform all work onsite at the California facility. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years. The agency will hold a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 14, 2026.
