High-Rise Fire Safety Program and Training Service

The California-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a high-rise fire safety program and training service. The agency needs to establish and maintain an online training and certification portal that meets municipal code 57.408. This portal must manage and maintain records of all fire safety director and floor warden certificates. The selected vendor will provide assistance, recommendations, and supporting content to help the agency develop on-site training workshops for fire safety directors and floor wardens. Additionally, the agency requires an objective assessment of its annual evacuation drills. The vendor must submit an electronic written report of this assessment within one week of the scheduled drills. The agency requires ongoing consultation with a program manager via telephone or other communication platforms. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The scope of work will be performed either offsite or onsite, and the agency accepts digital proposal submissions via email or online.
