RFI for Mechanical and Structural Engineering Continuing Services

The Reedy Creek Improvement District in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide structural and mechanical engineering consulting services under a continuing services agreement. The agency requires these services to support future district projects, evaluate existing facilities, and perform rehabilitation planning. The selected firm will address ongoing engineering needs through planning, studies, assessments, and structural engineering design and analysis. The scope of work covers general engineering services, programmatic and on-call support, and specific engineering tasks for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities. The agency also requires process and mechanical equipment support, the preparation of construction documents and technical deliverables, and construction phase and post-design services. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the agency locations. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
