The Calvert County government authority in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide routine and semi-annual deep cleaning custodial services. The agency requires routine custodial services to be performed at the facility two days per week. The routine scope of work includes vacuuming carpeted areas and entry mats, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, and dusting furniture, ledges, and horizontal surfaces. The selected provider must clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, including toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions, and floors, as well as clean mirrors, chrome fixtures, and dispensers. The agency also requires the cleaning of entryways, lobby areas, and common spaces. For the semi-annual deep cleaning portion of the contract, the provider must deep clean and wax all tile floors and shampoo carpet throughout the entire building. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all requested custodial work must take place onsite at the facility in Calvert, Maryland. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026.
