Custodial Services

The government authority located in Ukiah, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its facility. The agency needs to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for employees and the public. The selected contractor will resolve the daily accumulation of dust, waste, and dirt across various areas of the property. The scope of work covers sweeping and dusting the area outside the front door, including the ADA ramp, as well as cleaning the front door and all facility door handles. The contractor must dust and clean furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and countertops, and empty all wastebaskets, paper recycle bins, and garbage containers. Additional tasks include sweeping and dry mopping floors, spot cleaning with a wet mop as needed, washing front windows inside and out, watering all indoor plants, and cleaning countertops and floors in the employee break room. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of all custodial work will take place onsite at the Ukiah facility. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for this contract. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026. Evaluation criteria will be based on the submitted proposals that address the outlined cleaning requirements.
