The Mendocino Transit Authority in Ukiah, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for its facility. The agency requires regular maintenance to keep the facility clean, sanitary, and presentable for staff and the public. The selected contractor will perform all work onsite at the Ukiah location over a contract period of two years. The scope of work covers specific cleaning tasks to maintain the interior and exterior of the facility. The contractor must wash street-level windows on a revolving basis, sweep the immediate area outside the front door, and clean the front door along with all door handles to the facility. Additionally, the agency requires the dusting and cleaning of furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and countertops, as well as vacuuming heating vents and dusting high beams and windows. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 30, 2026.
