Grounds Maintenance for Wastewater Admin, Conserv II, and Various Lift Stations Services

The City of Orlando, Florida, requires consistent, high-quality grounds maintenance services for its wastewater administration facility, Conserv II, and various lift stations. The agency is seeking to ensure safety, accessibility, and a professional appearance across these designated government properties. The scope of work covers edging roadways and sidewalks on both sides, as well as weed string trimming around all buildings, tanks, poles, trees, and fences. The selected contractor must spray weeds and grass growing in concrete or asphalt cracks with Roundup to control growth and subsequently remove them. Additionally, the agency requires the pruning and trimming of trees and bushes to maintain contract specifications at all times, alongside baiting ant piles and nests with Amdro ant bait. The grounds maintenance crew must pick up all trash, debris, and fallen branches or trees before every mowing cycle. All debris produced from trimming or pruning must be collected daily and hauled away by the contractor for off-site disposal. Although the agency is located in Orlando, the administrative performance of the work must be carried out offsite at the contractor's office premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
