Recordkeeping, Investment and Participant Education Services

The Durham County government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive recordkeeping, investment, and participant education services under a group contract. The selected partner must deliver recordkeeping, processing, customer service, communication, compliance, and custody services, as well as potential loan coordination among legacy providers. The agency also requires employee education regarding plan benefits, delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual education services. All work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a five-year period.
