Financial Counselling Service

The Louisville, Kentucky local government authority is seeking a vendor to establish and manage a financial counselling service. The agency requires a partner to recruit, hire, and supervise qualified financial counsellors who will deliver these services. Additionally, the selected provider must offer and support both initial training and continuing education for the counselling staff. The scope of work requires the provider to collect service data using the designated database and submit regular reports to the local government partner. The provider must also support public marketing efforts by participating in outreach events and presentations. To ensure program integration, the provider will assist the agency in developing and maintaining integration partnerships and participate in all learning community activities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place both onsite in Louisville and offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
