Registered Investment Advisor Consultant Service

The Utah-based government authority is seeking a registered investment advisor consultant to provide professional services for the agency's college savings plans. The selected advisor will review and advise on agency communications, including marketing campaigns, newsletters, and disclosure materials. Additionally, the advisor will provide general consulting, counsel, and recommendations to agency staff on various plan matters, as well as present information to the governing board and train staff as requested. The scope of work covers advising on strategic and investment opportunities, participating in quarterly investment advisory committee meetings, and collaborating with or reviewing the work of agency staff, third-party vendors, or other consultants. The advisor must also participate in or exhibit at relevant Utah-based or national industry conferences, community events, and networking functions that align with the agency's strategic objectives. Furthermore, the advisor will monitor and identify upcoming events for visibility and partnership development, and proactively facilitate introductions between Utah-based partners, community leaders, industry stakeholders, and the agency's internal staff. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid. The performance of the requested work must be completed onsite at the agency's location in Utah.
