Bidders must maintain automobile liability insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 for each accident covering owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles. Bidders must also maintain workers compensation insurance as required by law. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States.
