The City of Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government facility. The agency requires routine nightly custodial services, alongside daytime cleaning of a restricted suite once per week. This initiative aims to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and waste management across all facility areas, including restrooms, showers, locker rooms, lobbies, corridors, kitchens, elevators, conference rooms, and offices. The scope of work covers daily waste management, surface disinfection of washbasins and counters, and the cleaning and polishing of all mirrors and brightwork. The selected provider must wash, disinfect, and descale toilets and urinals, while also maintaining floor drain traps in kitchens, bathrooms, and showers to prevent sewer odors and pests. Additionally, the service provider must fill, clean, and sanitize all soap and towel dispensers daily. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the Boynton Beach facility. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement. The contract term will span a period of two years. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 8, 2026. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the agency no later than July 10, 2026.
