The Raleigh, North Carolina government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its facilities. The scope of work covers the cleaning and protection of all hard-surface floors to ensure a bright and uniform appearance, as well as the maintenance of carpeted floors according to manufacturer recommendations. The selected provider must clean public seating, including seat cushions, arm rests, tables, and bases. The agency also requires the cleaning of break room furnishings to keep them free of dirt, dust, spills, splatters, stains, and other foreign materials. Sinks, including faucets and under-counter piping, must be kept clean and sanitary. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. A pre-bid meeting will take place on July 1, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 15, 2026.
