Air Diffuser Cleaning Service

The government authority in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a contractor to provide supply air diffuser cleaning services. This project addresses the cleaning needs for Development Services located on the first floor of the Frost Building. The agency requires a solution that ensures clean and properly maintained air diffusers within this specific facility. The scope of work covers the provision of all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the cleaning services. Bidders must collect all measurements, dimensions, quantities, and pre-existing conditions, and the agency recommends photo and video collection unless the space is designated as protective and confidential. The selected contractor must perform all services in accordance with federal, state, and local building codes, including but not limited to IBC 2024, ICC 2024, and OSHA safety requirements. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must have enough competent, responsible, and trained personnel who are qualified to provide the required services. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this service. The agency requires the selected contractor to provide a working schedule, including days and times, no more than five days from the issuance of the Executed Service Agreement. Any changes to this work schedule must be communicated in writing to the agency’s Asset Management designee in a timely manner. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
