Construction Manager at Risk Services

The Washoe County School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction manager at risk services for a project located in Sparks, Nevada. The agency requires a partner to manage preconstruction services, coordinate daily activities, resolve risks, and ensure all project team members and stakeholders are aligned for successful project delivery. The selected contractor will oversee the project management plan, attend a preconstruction kickoff workshop, conduct constructability reviews, manage project risks, and implement value engineering strategies.
