Construction Manager-at-Risk Services

The County of Orange is seeking a Construction Manager-at-Risk to provide services for a government authority located in Costa Mesa, California. The agency requires a partner to conduct field investigations during preconstruction services and develop a comprehensive phasing and cutover plan. This plan must ensure that all work supports uninterrupted daily operations at the airport. The selected provider will perform constructability reviews and assist the Engineer of Record with finalizing the design to fit the budget. The scope of work also includes the field investigation and removal of existing or abandoned cabling that is inventoried during the preconstruction phase. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated location. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
