Parking Lot Redevelopment Service

The City of Cape Coral, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide parking lot redevelopment services. The agency requires a conceptual development program that describes a proposed mix of uses, including residential, retail, office, hospitality, structured parking, and public or open space. This program must detail the approximate number of residential units, gross square footage of non-residential uses, approximate area of public and open spaces, and structured parking spaces that provide at least twice the existing count of public spaces. The agency also requires a comprehensive site planning, pedestrian walkway, and design approach. This scope of work covers building locations, vehicular access points, internal circulation, service and loading areas, and relationships to surrounding streets and properties. The selected vendor must explain the organization of public hardscape plazas, including their size, layout, primary functions like seating or outdoor dining, and relationship to the pedestrian walkway. The design must also detail the location, access, and circulation of the structured parking facilities. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. The contract period will span one year.
