Janitorial Services

The Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services for its District facilities located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The agency requires these services five days per week to maintain its Administration Building, the second-floor administrative offices of Fire Station 18, and the Logistics/Fleet Building. The selected vendor must perform all cleaning tasks in a manner that keeps these facilities in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition. The agency is limiting eligibility for this opportunity to onshore organizations based in the United States. The requested work will be performed offsite at the designated District facilities. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the services.
