The government authority located in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its facilities. The agency needs to maintain its common area bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and property grounds in a sanitary and orderly condition. The selected provider will resolve cleanliness issues by performing daily maintenance, disinfecting surfaces, and managing waste disposal across the site. The scope of work covers detailed cleaning of common area bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, partitions, mirrors, countertops, dispensers, fixtures, grab bars, and spot cleaning walls. The provider must restock these bathrooms with paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap from the owner's inventory. Kitchen areas require sweeping, daily mopping, and cleaning of cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, doors, and the exteriors of all appliances, as well as the interiors of microwave ovens. Trash management requires emptying all building, common area, and property site office trash receptacles, replacing liners, and cleaning soiled containers. The provider must also empty all designated pet waste receptacles and dispose of all trash in the appropriate dumpster area containers. Additional tasks include cleaning public drinking fountains, sweeping and mopping hard floors, vacuuming mats, cleaning interior windows and glass, and dusting window sills, vinyl cove base trim, and furniture. The agency requires the provider to wipe clean all trim, baseboards, doors, door frames, handrails, and window frames with a disinfectant solution. The provider must spot clean wall and floor stains and dust and clean the stairwells. Any damages discovered in the common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, or stairwells must be reported to the property manager on the same day via phone, email, or in person. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Littleton, Colorado location. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a site visit for July 10, 2026, to allow bidders to inspect the property. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 17, 2026. The resulting contract period will run for one year.
