The government authority in Georgia is seeking comprehensive planning, design, and renovation services for an upcoming facility project. The agency requires a partner to validate programs, establish cost models, analyze existing site conditions, and produce measured drawings. The selected provider will manage the entire design lifecycle, from conceptual and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration. The scope of work encompasses full architectural programming, civil engineering, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communication systems design. Interior design services are also required, including furniture, fixture, and equipment layouts, material finish boards, signage, wayfinding, and graphics. Additionally, the project demands specialized design services for acoustics, audio/visual systems, and information technology. If the agency utilizes a Construction Manager at-Risk delivery method, the provider must deliver multiple component packages and Guaranteed Maximum Price documents. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 14, 2026.
