CCTV Transformation Project Service

The government authority in Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor to provide CCTV transformation project services for twenty-three schools. The agency needs to upgrade its security CCTV video systems, which includes cameras, network video recorders, a video management system, and all required peripherals, wiring, and infrastructure. All video surveillance control equipment, field devices, and wiring must be brand new unless otherwise specified. The selected contractor must identify, coordinate, and provide a dedicated electrical power circuit to serve the network video recorder locations for proper system operation. The agency requires the contractor to provide shop drawings showing device locations, camera details, and wiring and riser diagrams showing connectivity, which the consultant and owner must approve before installation. The scope of work also encompasses camera installation including conduit, cable, mounts, termination, and SD cards, as well as camera IP address assignment and programming sheets. The agency requires the contractor to provide Genetec Security Center licenses for all cameras, while the agency will provide the IP address range to the contractor. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work must take place onsite. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
