Architect Engineer Services

The County of Orange in Santa Ana, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architect-engineer design, project administration, and management services. The agency needs to solve space planning, programming, and code compliance issues while ensuring all architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical/plumbing design features are fully compatible. To develop the design, the selected vendor must obtain data by reviewing record drawings, visiting the construction site, and conferring with the user, client, and facility maintenance staff. The scope of work also requires the vendor to furnish ongoing consultation and advice to the county to clarify the intent of drawings and specifications and to resolve questions that arise during construction. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted work must be performed onsite in Santa Ana.
