Office Remodel Service

The government authority in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide office remodel services for an 895 square foot area. The agency needs to demolish the existing reception area and construct new walls to accommodate a new secure lobby area, a new secure reception and storage area, and a new executive assistant office. Additionally, the agency requires a visual inspection to locate suspected asbestos containing materials within the limited scope of the project. The selected vendor must collect bulk samples from each suspect material for asbestos content analysis by Polarized Light Microscopy at an independent laboratory. The agency requires a written report presenting the sampling results along with recommendations for the abatement or appropriate management of any detected asbestos. All work must be performed onsite, and the agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
