Outside Collections Provider Services

The Finance Authority of Maine is seeking an outside collections services provider to perform loan collection activities on behalf of the agency. The agency also requires these services for other State agencies for whom it provides loan administration services. The loans in question are largely unsecured, education-related consumer loans within a portfolio exceeding eighty million dollars. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite by an organization based onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 17, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or an online portal.
