The government authority located in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services for its facility. The agency requires regular cleaning of its offices, common areas, bathrooms, utility rooms, and exterior porches. To accommodate holidays, the agency requires cleaning to be shifted to Tuesday if a holiday falls on a Monday, and to Thursday if a holiday falls on a Friday.
