The City of Lancaster, Texas, is seeking a program management firm to provide comprehensive management, coordination, and oversight services for its voter-approved bond program. The agency needs to solve the challenge of successfully delivering multiple capital improvement projects from the initial planning phase through final closeout. To support this effort, the selected firm must develop and maintain a comprehensive bond program master schedule while assisting with budget updates, reconciliation, and financial analysis. The scope of work covers program planning, program management, and budget and financial management. Bidders must be United States organizations to meet the eligibility requirements for this opportunity. The agency also requires bidders to submit audited financial statements as part of their qualification package. The performance of the contract work can occur either onsite in Lancaster or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Bidders had to submit all clarification questions no later than June 29, 2026.
