The government authority in Alberta is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive communications audit of the organization's internal and external communications practices, systems, channels, governance, and capacity. The agency needs to evaluate its current communication structures to identify areas for improvement and align its messaging strategies. The project covers an internal communications review, an external communications review, an audience and stakeholder analysis, governance, policy and risk assessment, and benchmarking against best practices. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations, as the agency limits participation to onshore entities. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
