Shared Micromobility Services

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide a city-wide shared micromobility service. The agency is trying to solve first-mile and last-mile transit gaps by supplementing existing public transportation options. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to operate and manage this micromobility sharing service onsite within the city limits as part of the official Shared Micromobility Program. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the agreement. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 14, 2026.
