The government authority located in Prince Frederick, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services. The agency requires routine cleaning tasks including emptying trash and recycling bins, as well as mopping spills, stains, and spots. Restroom maintenance is also a critical need, which involves cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, and sinks, emptying restroom trash, and cleaning mirrors. The scope of work also covers periodic cleaning duties to maintain the facility. The selected vendor must clean custodial closets, vacuum and dust high ledges and molding, and perform top scrubbing, stripping, and waxing of floors. All work must be performed onsite at the agency facility in Prince Frederick. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
