The County of San Diego, California is seeking a vendor to provide as-needed painting services at various county-managed facilities. The agency needs to paint, finish, maintain, repair, and inspect various interior and exterior surfaces to keep its properties in good condition. To solve its maintenance needs, the agency requires a provider capable of responding onsite to non-urgent requests within twenty-four hours. The selected provider must also remain available for after-hours work between 5:00 pm and 7:00 am, and respond to urgent onsite requests within two hours. The scope of work covers offsite performance of painting and maintenance tasks for a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
