Office Remodel Service

The government authority in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk to provide office remodel services. The agency needs a contractor to deliver pre-construction services throughout the design phases, provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price upon design completion, and manage the project through construction completion. The selected contractor will ensure the office renovations are properly coordinated, sequenced, and phased while interfacing with the agency and the designer. The scope of work requires the contractor to review plans for constructability, provide input on the sequence of construction, and identify potential risks influencing cost and schedule. The contractor must also provide value engineering solutions to optimize the schedule and reduce costs without impacting quality, as well as reconcile project quantities and develop a construction plan. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Chicago location. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will span seven years.
