Consulting Design and Engineering Services

The City of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is seeking a qualified engineering and design firm to provide consulting services for site improvements based on an existing concept plan. The agency needs to solve the challenge of transitioning this concept into reality by securing preliminary and final designs, construction documentation, and regulatory permits.
