Engineering Support Services

The City of Revere, Massachusetts, requires comprehensive engineering support services to assist with public works and development projects. The agency is seeking a qualified partner to perform surveys, collect utility and record information, and develop engineering reports, scientific studies, feasibility analyses, and engineering investigations. Additionally, the selected provider must evaluate and develop cost estimates for engineering alternatives and design public works projects, including the preparation of construction specifications. The scope of work also spans construction phase services, requiring the provider to manage bidding services, respond to requests for information, review shop drawings, generate progress reports, conduct construction inspections, and deliver as-built plans. The agency needs technical input and assistance for grant applications, as well as inspection services for development projects under construction to ensure compliance with agency specifications. All work must be performed onsite at the agency's locations in Revere. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
