Construction Management Services

The University in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management services. The agency requires support throughout the design and construction phases to ensure project constructability, value engineering, trade coordination, and schedule adherence. The selected partner will assume overall administrative responsibility for all construction contracts and must enter into direct contracts with all trade contractors and suppliers. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur onsite in Lexington, Kentucky.
