Architectural and Engineering Services

The government authority located in Shiprock, New Mexico, requires professional architectural and engineering services to support an upcoming development project. The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to resolve its need for comprehensive project design, administration, and oversight from initial site selection through final construction warranty. The requested scope of work covers programming, onsite investigation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance, construction administration, and an eleven-month warranty inspection. The project encompasses concept design across multiple disciplines, including project administration, civil engineering, landscaping, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering.
