Civil Rights Investigation and Hearing Services

The agency is seeking civil rights investigation and hearing services. This procurement addresses the need for impartial investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and other prohibited conduct. The agency also requires management of hearings and adjudication processes, intake assessments, alternative resolutions, party advisory support, training programs, and consultative services.
