Downtown Holiday Lighting Services

The government authority in Wyandotte, MI, is seeking downtown holiday lighting services. The agency requires a vendor to provide all necessary lighting materials, installation hardware, connectors, power cords, adapters, and supplies. The project covers the installation of lighting on trees along the east and west sides of specified streets, including oak, elm, maple, sycamore, and eureka from Biddle extending westward. The scope of work includes lighting for fountain area trees and shrubs with LED displays, and lighting for the clock tower legs, canopy, and adjacent area. Installation is to begin on or around September 28th, 2026. The vendor must provide a schedule of necessary rolling parking space closures to the city prior to installation. The vendor will also conduct as-needed inspections and monitoring before, during, and after the installation date through the end of takedown. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations only. The performance of the work will be offsite. The contract period will be for five years. All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
