Municipal Road Closures, Service Road Agreements, And Records Management Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide municipal road closures, service road agreements, and records management services. This includes maintaining up-to-date paper and digital records, archival of completed and inactive files, and supporting initiatives to transition records to digital formats. The scope of work covers document handling and preparation to move files through their lifecycle, from active filing for recent approvals to sending complete or inactive files for archiving. It also includes assistance with record digitization, such as scanning paper documents and creating and populating electronic files. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations located within Canada only. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite, with the vendor carrying out the required tasks from their own office premises. The agency is looking for proposals to address these needs.
