The agency is seeking conference facility rental services in Austin, TX. This service must encompass all lodging accommodation, meeting space, conference services, audio/visual support, parking, and related services required for the annual conference. The conference will span four consecutive days, including attendee arrival and departure, and will necessitate three room nights.
