Mail Processing Services

The agency is seeking mail processing services for its Lubbock, TX location. This includes comprehensive services for the preparation, processing, and distribution of correspondence to students, parents, donors, alumni, and other targeted audiences. Correspondence encompasses printed express mail, certified mail, magazines, and marketing materials. The project covers printing correspondence, folding as required, and inserting into appropriate mailing packaging. Services also include sealing mailing packaging, labeling, mailing, packaging, and correspondence as required. The agency requires preparation of mailing packages for distribution, tabbing mailing pieces, and metering postage for mailing packages. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to fulfill these requirements. All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
