EMS Billing and Revenue Cycle Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive EMS billing and revenue cycle services. The project aims to improve billing accuracy, accelerate reimbursement timelines, and enhance overall collections through a compliant and customer-focused process. The scope of work covers billing operations and revenue cycle management, including electronic claim submission, claim scrubbing, denial management, payer enrollment, and HIPAA compliance. It also includes customer service, patient financial engagement, collections, refund processing, and ePCR/EHR reporting system integration. Data security and privacy compliance are paramount. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only. The performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
